Learning to Communicate:
Communication (or the lack thereof) can be a major problem in a relationship.  Simply talking things out is essential, but it's easier said than done.  Why?  Because we often communicate differently or ineffectively.  It's not that we don't want to -- most of us want to work out problems, explain our feelings, discuss differences, we want to be heard and understood. Yet, as often as not, the very person clamoring to be heard is themselves, a very poor listener.

Most people fall into one of two categories:  physical suggestibility or emotional suggestibility.  We all have characteristics of both, but one or the other is usually dominant.  These characteristics have a great deal to do with how people "listen".

When one or both partners in a relationship have discovered that one is unresponsive to or indifferent to the "language" spoken by the other; and people tend to receive messages in much the same mode that is used to send them.  Considering the attraction of opposites, physically suggestible people often become involved with emotionally suggestible partners.  As the initial newness and tenderness fade with the passage of time, the tendency grows to revert to the mode which is characteristic for the suggestibility type.  Communication problems are inevitable and become further compounded by the existence of physical and emotional sexuality.

How Can Hypnosis be Helpful?
By facilitating change and allowing for the release of negative or limiting habits and associated ideas while learning to identify triggers that summon negative behavior or feelings; and by learning to manage the internal processing of hurt feelings, anger and stress.
